Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During sales or promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days due to high volume.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer reliable worldwide shipping. Delivery times start counting after your order has been shipped.
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days (most regions)
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (if available at checkout)Note: Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed. Remote areas may require additional 2–5 days.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight/size
- Destination country/region
- Selected shipping method

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number to: yuanshop@gmail.com (your inbox) You can track your package on the official shipping website or our order tracking page.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped due to local customs or laws.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, or if tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days: Contact us immediately at yuanshop@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and assist with reshipment or refund.
Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed status:
- We will refund the product cost only (minus original shipping fees).
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
